Exceptional service and amazing people and amazing facilities and food !
Everything, the best hotel I ever stayed in Hurghada , the staff make you feel so special, the operation manger Mr Sherif Mohamed and Mr Ayman Hassan they went extra mile to make our honeymoon special and how they welcome us at the reception and Mr Omer who has made the booking and take the payment all the reception staff are the best and most friendly. The food quality is amazing and various varieties and the waiters are doing their best to make you feel comfortable and meet your expectations specially Hamaza Mahmoud and Ahmed at the beach bar they are amazing waiters and very friendly and very professional. Above all I would recommend this hotel to anyone who really wants to have a good relaxation and great service and great holiday then this is your best hotel.

Location, staff 80% is good to 20, good place to spend your holiday
The interior (guides in the pool in the colors of the Russian Federation) as well in these colors, the hotel should be neutral to encourage more visitors (because not everyone likes the open support of the aggressor country) The room was poorly cleaned several times, despite the fact that i left a tip each time Everything else was very good

A very good hotel for families with children. Lots of activities for the kids and a especially lovely person was Katya. The breakfast was very good.
